Access to computer devices and the Internet has become a basic necessity for education in our society. Sean’s Digital Playground is committed to bridging the digital divide by providing internet access and IT services to all customers.
Sean’s Digital Playground initially started as a consulting company dispensing support to call centers locally and throughout the Caribbean providing our customers with quality service, focusing on consistent and efficient support through: Communication, Continuous improvement of processes, Customer engagement and professional development.
For the past fifteen years, we have been dispensing Internet services to customers and have been engaging in numerous support functions including PC repair, software support, web design, programming, tutoring and Networking.
Additionally, for the past nine years we have been providing professional services to a leading Technology Company, however, because of the financial constraints resulting from the Covid-19 protocols, we altered our business model.
Today, in addition to what was previously offered, sales of computer parts and accessories and GAMING using the latest high end PCs is a major component provided by Sean’s digital Playground.
